Good price for 4rx2 Trail Gator

I've been offered a 4x2 Trail Gator with 15 hours on it. Price $5000. This is from a dealer. He took it in trade from a guy that changed his mind and wanted a 6x4. It has front and fender brush guards, receiver hitch and ball, floor mat...no bed liner.

1. Is this a good rpice?

2. Can the bed liner be added now?....by me or does dealer have to do it?

As a ball park area to shoot for; figure approx. 1/3 off of the MSRP for the Gator and accessories since it is a used return. They will probably want more but you can bargain up from there. ....
